Propulsion Analytics to develop advanced CBM service

Propulsion Analytics has secured funding  from Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway through the EEA Financial Mechanism 2014-2021, in the frame of the Programme “Business Innovation Greece”, to develop a novel Condition Based Maintenance-CBM service for ships, combining physics-based models and Machine Learning on monitored data from engines.

Our partner DNV GL shall develop systematics for model verification, necessary for accreditation of such novel CBM methods.

Τhis development will be the first implementation of a CBM service, combining thermodynamic modelling and artificial intelligence, for diagnosis of marine machinery system faults and prognosis of effective operation of marine powerplants.
